Ingredients

2  −  small pkgs. (or 1 large) apricot or peach JELL-O
1  −  (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
(also reserve 1/4 cup pineapple for garnishing)
2  −  large Bananas, sliced, (or as needed)
−    Mini-Marshmallows, as needed to cover top of jello in pan

Mix JELL-O™ according to directions. Add pineapple and bananas,
pour into a 9 x 13 pan, cover with marshmallows and let set until firm.

Topping

2  −      Tablespoons flour
1/2  −  cup sugar
1/2  −  cup pineapple juice egg
1  −      slightly beaten
2  −      Tablespoons butter

Combine ingredients and cook until thickened. Let cool. Then add a softened 8 oz cream cheese. Beat with electric mixer. Blend in 8 ounce Cool Whip. Spread over set jello in pan. Garnish with reserved pineapple and, if desired, chopped nuts.
